Accounts & Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to register and book.
Maintain accurate account information and keep credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
Acceptable Use & Prohibited Conduct
Do not post unlawful, misleading, defamatory, obscene, or infringing content.
No fraud, spam, scraping, reverse engineering, or attempts to breach security.
Respect community standards, local laws, society rules, and host policies.
User Content & License
By submitting reviews, photos, listing descriptions, or other content, you grant Hostsphere India Pvt Ltd a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, and display such content to operate, promote, and improve the Platform. You represent that you own or have rights to the content and that it does not violate third-party rights.
Platform Role & Listings
Juxtravel is a marketplace intermediary. Listings are provided by independent hosts. We do not control, endorse, or guarantee listings. Guests and hosts enter into a direct agreement with each other; Juxtravel facilitates discovery and payments.
Fees, Payments & Taxes
We may charge guest service fees and host commissions as disclosed at checkout or in host dashboards.
Taxes (including GST) may apply. Hosts are responsible for their tax compliance related to their earnings.
Intellectual Property
The Platform and its content (excluding user content) are owned by or licensed to Hostsphere India Pvt Ltd and protected by IP laws. Do not copy, distribute, or modify without permission.
Notice & Takedown (IP / Content Complaints)
If you believe content infringes your rights, email legal@juxtravel.com with details (work claimed, URL, proof of ownership, contact information, and a good-faith statement). We may remove or disable access while we assess.
Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or applicable law. You may close your account by contacting support; certain data may be retained as required by law.
Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties (merchantability, fitness, non-infringement). We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability arising from the Platform shall not exceed the service fees paid to Juxtravel for the transaction giving rise to the claim.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold Hostsphere India Pvt Ltd harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the Platform, breach of these Terms, or violation of rights/laws.
Governing Law, Jurisdiction & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Gurugram, Haryana have exclusive jurisdiction. Where agreed, disputes may be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with a sole arbitrator seated in Gurugram, proceedings in English.
Intermediary Compliance (IT Rules 2021)
As an intermediary, we maintain grievance redressal mechanisms, publish policies, and act on lawful takedown requests. We acknowledge grievances within 24 hours and endeavour to resolve them within 15 days, where feasible.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
