Referral and creator terms

• Every JuxTravel account has a referral code and a link to share.
• A friend who joins with your code gets ₹500 off their first stay of ₹5,000 or more.
• Once your friend's stay of ₹5,000 or more is over, and wasn't cancelled or refunded in full, you get ₹500 off your next stay of ₹5,000 or more.

• A code is for someone new to JuxTravel: it can be used only before your first paid stay with us.
• Each account can use one code, once.
• You can't use your own code, and you can't create accounts to use it.

• Credit is taken off a booking of ₹5,000 or more, worked out before the credit, at checkout. One credit per booking.
• Credit comes off what you pay. It is not cash, can't be exchanged for cash, and can't be transferred.
• JuxTravel pays for the credit. Your host is paid as though you had paid in full.
• Credit lasts 12 months from the day it is given.
• If a booking that used credit is never paid for, or is cancelled with a full refund, the credit comes back to you. If only part of the payment is refunded, the credit stays used.

• Creators apply in the JuxTravel app. Our team looks at every application and decides whether to approve it.
• An approved creator gets a link (app.juxtravel.com/c/your-handle) to share on their posts and reels.
• We can pause or end a creator's link at any time, with a reason.

• A guest who books through a creator's link gets the same ₹500 off their first stay as in section 01.
• A creator earns 3% of each stay booked through their link (or the rate we agree with them in writing), worked out on what the guest paid for the stay, before any referral credit. If part of the payment is refunded, the share is worked out on what was kept.
• The share is earned once the stay is over, and only if it wasn't cancelled or refunded in full.
• A booking counts for a creator if the guest opened that creator's link in the 30 days before booking, or joined using the creator's code and is booking their first stay.
• A creator doesn't earn on their own bookings.
• A creator who refers a friend through their own link earns the 3% instead of the ₹500 credit, never both.

• We pay earnings monthly, to the UPI ID the creator gives us: everything earned in a month is paid by the 10th of the following month.
• A creator must have a verified ID with us before we can pay them.

• Creators must label posts they are paid for, as India's advertising code (ASCI) requires — for example "Paid partnership" or #ad.
• Nobody may offer or give anything for a review. A guest's ₹500 is for booking, never for reviewing, and reviews must be the guest's own words.
• Creators must describe stays truthfully and must not promise anything about a stay that its listing doesn't say.
• We can withhold or take back credit or earnings gained by breaking these terms, including through fake accounts, self-referral or misleading posts.

We can change or end the referral programme or the creator programme. We give at least 14 days' notice in the app and by email before a change takes effect. Credit already given keeps its value until it expires, and earnings already earned are paid.
