Hosts list their homestays and provide honest, accurate information about their properties and offerings.
06Availability and pricing
Hosts set availability and pricing for their homestays. Prices shown in the app reflect host inputs.
07Booking
You can book homestays through the app, subject to availability and host acceptance.
08Optional experiences and add-ons
You can add optional experiences and add-ons to your trip where available.
09Payments processed by Razorpay
Payments on the app are securely processed by Razorpay. We do not store your full card details.
10Agreement to terms, listing cancellation policy and house rules at checkout
At checkout, you agree to these Terms, the host’s listing cancellation policy and the house rules.
11Group voting
If you are booking as a group, the app provides voting tools to help you decide together.
12WhatsApp updates and support
You may receive booking updates and support on WhatsApp, if you choose to connect.
13Moments, reels and user content
You can create and share Moments and reels. You remain responsible for the content you post.
14Passport membership
You can subscribe to Passport for benefits as described in the app.
15Support
You can contact us in-app or via WhatsApp for support.
16Account deletion
You can request account deletion from within the app.
